Being a small family owned company allows us to ensure that our clients receive personal attention and are treated with courtesy and respect. Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection so all of their questions can be answered. If they cannot be at the inspection, we are available by phone at any time. Reports are delivered electronically to the client the same day as the inspection in most cases.
In the past 5 years Randy has taken over 150 hours of continuing education covering a wide range of topics. This along with completing hundreds of inspections has given him the knowledge and experience our clients are looking for. We are a member of InterNACHI, an inspection association, and Randy passed their test to become a Certified Home Inspector. This association requires even more continuing education.
